家教會接近40位家長義工協助中文科舉辦「文化薈萃樂中秋—-中一級冰皮月餅工作坊」。活動當天家長義工們除了指導中一級同學製作冰皮月餅外，更為職工們製作冰皮月餅應節，家長們均樂在其中，氣氛相當熱鬧。
本校於９月１３日舉辦了名為「文化薈萃樂中秋」的中華文化日，讓同學寓學於樂，親身感受中華文化的瑰寶，從而增添對傳統文化的認識和喜愛，藉此強化國民身份認同。 適逢中秋佳節，中文科組於校園裡佈置了大型燈籠陣、中秋節展板向同學介紹節日的相關知識，並於操場設置燈謎遊戲，讓全校師生一同競猜，濃厚的節日氣氛瀰漫整個校園。此外更為初中學生安排不同的活動： 中一級同學製作冰皮月餅、中二級同學製作月亮玉兔麵粉公仔、中三級同學製作楊桃燈籠紥作。 是日家長教師會的一眾家長為中一級同學籌備了冰皮月餅製作工作坊，同學可以體驗搓月餅皮、包餡、壓模等一系列的工序，最後還能帶回成品，與家人分享中秋的蜜意。 月亮玉兔麵粉公仔工作坊則結合中國的民間傳統工藝與3D打印技術而成的月球燈，讓同學發揮創意，親手製作專屬的玉兔月球燈擺設，為滿月之夜營造節日氣氛。楊桃燈籠紮作工作坊則強調傳承紮作業的傳統手藝，讓同學一嘗以柔韌的竹篾紮出楊桃形態，再糊上玻璃紙，製作出專屬的楊桃燈籠，追憶昔日舊香港的節日情懷。 是日「大大師兄師姐」校友為同學預備了不少中秋主題的親筆書簽、更即席揮毫讓同學自訂書籤內容，不少高中同學寫上「金榜題名」等字句，期望能在文憑試中大放異彩，把現場氣氛推至高峰。「大大師兄師姐」贈予校長「五星臨崇德」、「月滿中秋星滿崇德」、「月照崇德五星星」的掛飾，祝願本校同學繼續發光發亮，前程璀璨。
