Shung Tak places a strong emphasis on discipline to create a safe and calm learning environment. Our goal is to maintain a distinguished and dignified atmosphere throughout the school. Disciplinary measures are important not only for addressing the behavior of students who have discipline problems but also for protecting the well-being of well-behaved students who may be negatively impacted by disruptive peers.

Bullying is strictly prohibited at Shung Tak, and we have a zero-tolerance policy in place. We recognise that bullying can have a profoundly negative impact on a child’s life, affecting their learning, social interactions, and overall confidence. Therefore, we are committed to creating an environment where every student feels safe, respected, and supported.

Furthermore, we place importance on general decorum and self-respect. We encourage each individual at Shung Tak to take pride in being part of our school community. A student’s behavior and appearance play a significant role in this. We expect our students to be smartly dressed and to carry themselves with confidence. By fostering a sense of belonging to a successful and esteemed institution, we aim to enhance each child’s self-respect and confidence.
