本校有幸參與「香港中文大學–優質學校改進計劃」，由國家安全教育組、研究與發展組攜手中文、中史、綜合科學及公經社科，跨學科協作發展校本中華文化課程。本系列活動以「從閱讀、飲食到手作」為主線，透過閱讀、體驗與反思，帶領學生循序漸進認識並欣賞中華文化，理解傳統智慧與現代生活的連結。 我們於2026年5月22日舉辦了「藥食同源」工作坊。活動現場香氣四溢，透過精緻的中式糖水與甜品展示及試吃，引導學生從味蕾出發，探尋食材背後的藥用價值；隨後，同學們透過緊張刺激的「中醫調理與治未病知識」Kahoot! 互動問答，在歡笑中解鎖古人的防病智慧；最後進行「四季養生・湯水解碼」，同學一邊對照食材，一邊學習如何依循時令調理身體。課程成功讓學生在體驗中建立健康養生觀念，進而培養欣賞與實踐傳統文化的態度。

4M廖藍筍 有人會問：「值得去看舞台劇嗎？」 我的回答是：「慶幸能在中文戲劇學會及中史科老師帶領下，於5月15日欣賞到『硝煙為民林則徐』這齣精彩的舞台劇，，藉此加深對林則徐的認識，細嚐他在歷史長河中堅守的信念。」 原先我不理解為什麼導演不直接略寫他前半段的生涯。我認為父母和妻子的期望、為理想而奮鬥的過程都不及他為民硝煙那樣精彩和重要。卻忽略了他前半生中那些看似平淡的日子，正正是支撐着他日後在艱難的世俗中仍堅守作為朝廷官員的信念。是不畏懼强權，將生死看淡，絕不避禍的高尚情操。雖然他最後下場悽慘，被道光皇帝流放、天下百姓責罵，變得一無所有，但當歷史的長河詢問他：「若可以重來，會否作出同樣的選擇？」他卻只大聲回應：「人來！」他無愧於銷毁鴉片，甘願為了保衛國家和人民不受鴉片操控，直面所有後果。 試想像在內有鴉片吸食成癮外有英人販賣鴉片的情況下，若當時沒有林則徐挺身而出，敢於向皇帝提出禁煙並嚴厲懲治吸食鴉片者，將二萬多箱鴉片銷毁向英國發出抗議。朝廷和百姓所承受的苦難更是加倍沉重，民眾意識志或會被消磨殆盡，中國甚至會淪為他國的殖民地。 現在的我們或許會習慣評判歷史人物的對錯、演員和劇本的演繹方式，不斷以極高的標準要求完美。站在高處作出批判：「林則徐是引發第一次鴉片戰爭的罪魁禍首」，又或對舞台劇演員予以評價：「主角還沒有配角的戲份精彩。」但我們有想過歷史人物林則徐和演員們已經竭盡所了嗎？林則徐不顧一切反對，堅持銷煙守護百姓和國家。導演付出成倍的時間設計藝術意象，用原本代表廉潔的菊花被墨水染黑的舞蹈，展示政治因為鴉片入侵而發生的轉變。演員們付出汗排練中場舞蹈和歌劇。我們又是否能讓自己慢下來，將心裏騰出空間，為用心付出的人停留片刻，細細品嚐他/她們的故事，讓平凡卻又精彩的滋味留在我們心中。 能在百忙中騰出時間用心欣賞周遭一切，珍惜慢下來的時光，如此甚麼也饒富意義了！

數學科組與中文科組，於五月十二及十三日，一連兩天聯合舉辦「數學暨中文科中華文化日」。 數學科活動設有四大主題遊戲區，涵蓋數學運算、面積空間及邏輯推理。大會亦設置高階數學挑戰區，鼓勵同學勇於挑戰，並展出統計比賽作品，提升同學對數據分析及科學探究的興趣。同學在過程中不僅鍛鍊思維能力，亦透過團隊合作解決問題，培養尊重、協作、公民意識與責任感。 中文科活動內容涵蓋珠心算體驗、傳統剪紙藝術及糖不甩分享，讓同學從多角度認識中華文化的獨特魅力。同學積極參與，在親身體驗與互動交流中，不僅加深對傳統技藝與飲食文化的理解，亦能感受當中蘊含的歷史意義與生活智慧。 活動當日氣氛熱烈，同學參與踴躍。是次活動不僅有效融合學科知識與中華文化元素，亦透過多元化的體驗活動，提升同學的學習動機與投入感，拓闊其學習視野，成果豐碩。
