The S2 leadership interview workshop held on 23 May was a life-changing experience for all of us. Last year, we participated in the exact same programme, but this time, we were the ones who planned it and made our vision come true. It was my first time taking on a leadership role, which meant being responsible for a variety of tasks, including planning games, setting up venues, and preparing props.
Not only did we play games with the S2 students, but we also taught them how to become good leaders. Throughout the entire experience, we learnt that teamwork is the most crucial element when working towards a common goal. We all believe that this leadership programme will help us become better leaders in the future.
