只要懷有一顆感恩的心 ‧ 一切事情都有他的價值

感恩是一種情感,感恩是一種責任,也是一種生活方式,只要懷有一顆感恩的心,就一定能成為一個不斷進步的人。 前一排在社交平台上,看到友人們玩的遊戲,覺得很有意思。這個遊戲是「一天感謝五件事情」:一連五天,寫出五件感恩的事,然後點名一位朋友接棒。 於是,那段時間當中這個「感謝接力」的遊戲在社交平台中非常活躍,平台內充斥感謝文, 我發現大家感謝的事情從找到新工作、看了一套精彩的電影、與家人吃了一頓愉快的晚餐;到很微小的,像是「鄰居和我打招呼」、「今天藍天白雲天氣晴朗」、 甚至 「今天所有交通燈都是綠燈」等等都有。 從朋友的分享當中,我好像重新認識他們, 知道有什麼事情,會讓他快樂到想要感謝;又是什麼樣的事情,會讓他經過了一天沉澱後,還記在心裡,細細回味。 有人問,如果那天過得很糟,還要感謝,不會很牽強痛苦嗎? 其中一位朋友的回應令我非常深刻,參加了這個遊戲,反而是因為「必須感謝」,才有機會靜下心來回想自己一天的經歷,後來才發現有好多快樂的細節,這些快樂可能是很短暫,但因為有只時我們太忙、過度放大痛苦而忽略了許多值得感恩的時刻。 透過這個遊戲,不僅令我感受到更多純粹的快樂,更令我獲得這種感謝力,學會欣賞身邊的美好時刻。 當你懂得感恩,把每天都當成美好的一天,你就會變得比較開心。一個人的心是有限的,如果總是記住傷心難過的事,那怎麼騰出空間讓快樂進注入去呢? 其實生活中並不缺乏美,只是我們缺乏了一雙尋找美的眼睛。 希望大家都能夠發掘並記得一日當中令你快樂微笑的人和事,發揮這種感謝力。 只要懷有一顆感恩的心 一切事情都有他的價值。 Ms. Man S.
