今日我想同大家分享一本書，名為〈隱形男孩〉,所謂既隱形，並唔係指緊擁有隱形既超能力，而係指緊存在感比較薄弱,或者因為內向而較少與人互動既人,而故事既主角布萊恩,正正就係一位隱形男孩。係同學眼中,布萊恩就係內向、安靜、不多話等等既代名詞，好少有同學會同佢交流係班上面, 似乎從來無人注意到布萊恩，專題分組個陣，無人諗到要邀他加入自己的小組;聖誕聯歡會個陣，無人會諗到要寫聖誕卡;就連班會活動點人數個陣,都無人會記得佢既存在。布萊恩一直就處於一種隱形既狀態，佢亦漸漸對失去左自信。 直到一位新同學馬丁來到布萊恩的班上，雖然馬丁同其他同學一樣,一開始見到布萊恩都覺得對方係內向、安靜，但馬丁無因為咁而放棄同布萊恩既交流接觸，反而經常主動邀請布萊恩一齊食飯, 或者同組完成專題甚至一齊參加比賽。自此,馬丁既出現令布萊恩搵番自己的亮點，重拾自信明白自己原來一樣可以同人交流合作，自此布萊恩既生活終於出現左唔同既顏色，重新展現屬於佢既光采。 唔知你身邊又有無好似布萊恩既存在呢?，其實好多時他人既慢熱或者內向會妨礙我地去認識、了解一個人既本質。只要我地願意釋出善意，突破自己固有既限制, 踏出主動既一步，往往就會令對方感受到被接納與肯定，並進一步相信且發現，自己也有閃閃發光既地方。論語有云:君子尊賢而容眾，希望同學日後可以包容、接納他人既不同之處，發掘到對方意想不到既亮點。 Mr Chen LC17 February 2023

我今日想同大家分享一本書，名為〈癇介生命─活出愛故事集〉，這本書記述了20位患有腦癇症患者的故事，記述了他們在生活中因這個症狀而遇到不同的困難，最終他們如何重新認識自己並肯定自己的價值。 其中一個患者林詠詩，第一次病發時是47歲，當時醫生診斷她是因為腦部中風而受損，繼而引發腦癇症。此症對她的生活帶來重大打擊，因為每當病發時，會出現呼吸困難，手腳會不由自主抽動，因此在別人眼中，會視她為怪物、殘疾人士，以往關係較好的同事亦開始疏遠她，甚至在街上，途人會誤以為她是精神病人，投以怪異目光。這些目光，都對她帶來困擾。但最終，她得到家人和朋友的支持而釋懷。 其實，社會上有很多人不被大家了解，除了腦癇症，還有社交恐懼症、腦退化症等，如果大眾多了解，明白他們的處境，彼此接納，互相尊重，我們的社會才會變得更美好。「彼此接納，善待別人」是人生中很重要的課題。聖經提到「你們願意人怎樣待你們，也要怎樣待人」。(路加福音第六章31節)所以我們不單面對病患者時，要尊重同體諒，就算在學校，面對同學間學業成績的差異，亦應彼此勉勵，彼此扶持接納，而不是互相譏諷、排斥。 Ms Chan KY10 February 2023
