剛毅自強這態度在我們的學業、工作和日常生活中是一個非常重要的主題。 剛毅是指我們有堅定的意志和決心去達成目標；而自強就是我們要奮發圖強，積極面對生活的態度。當我們遭遇挑戰和困難時，剛毅和自強精神可以幫助我們克服這些障礙。 回想一下自己過去的經歷，是否曾經因為挫折而放棄過？或者是否曾經因為害怕失敗而不願意嘗試新事物？ 當你遇到樽頸位時，放棄可能是最簡單的決定，但他必定不是最好的選擇 每個人都會遇到困難，重要的是如何應對它們。 相信大家近排的壓力來源可能是來自考試，許多同學可能因此感到壓力和焦慮，擔心自己沒有足夠的準備，或者害怕失敗。 想同大家分享以前，我準備考公開試期間經常聆聽一首歌， 這首歌是談及種植葡萄 在醞釀成紅酒的過程， 這個過程要經歷長時間的等待，而等待過程之中有許多因素是預料不到的， 即使面對失收的可能，你只能靜靜的守候著，吸取舊日的教訓，才能有所收成。 當中的幾句歌詞給了我很多力量和啟示 「日後 儘量別教今天的淚白流 留低擊傷你的石頭 從錯誤裡吸收」 種植葡萄的過程好比我們的人生。 我們的人生並不是一帆風順，我們會經歷許多的挫折和失敗，可能是在學業上或者在家庭朋友上，這些經驗雖然讓我們感到痛苦和沮喪，但也是我們成長的一部分，不要去追悔「為什麼這些不幸的事會發生在我身上」 人生從來沒有所謂後悔的事，因為就算跌倒，你也可以站起來，繼續向前走， 這些經歷會令你變成一個更好的人，可能是教會你放下，可能教會你變得更堅強，所以我們不用執着過去種種的錯誤，反而是要感激這些錯誤。 希望大家都能夠在面對逆境時不要氣餒。 因為有昨日的你，才會有明天更好的你，當你保持積極樂觀的態度，相信自己能夠克服當前嘅困難，你將會有更多能量、勇氣和信心來面對未來的挑戰。 Ms Man SY13 June 2023
