Good morning, we are The Library Club. The theme of this month is active listening and empathy. In relation to this theme, we would like to share a book with you—The Kite Runner.  It’s a story about kites and two young men from Afghanistan. The book talks about a rich young man and his servant,

At the beginning of the term, we had experienced several disruptions due to storms and heavy rainfall. While students may rejoice in having an extra day off at that moment, it is important to recognize that stray animals endure hardships during these times. During storms, stray animals suffer a lot because they are exposed to

Good morning, Today I’m going to talk about the Municipal Solid Waste. If your body mass is 45kg, just one month you will produce waste as heavy as one

Chinese History Club 13 December 2023

Today is the first day of December, which reminds me that the most wonderful time of the year is around the corner. Each year, I would buy myself a chocolate advent calendar. When it’s December, I would open one tiny box in the calendar and get a piece of chocolate every morning to cheer myself

Before we begin, we have a question for you. Have you ever struggled to take up a responsibility because you’re insecure? In our school, students are provided with numerous opportunities to shine, like being an executive member of the Students’ Union, houses, teams and clubs, especially when you are appointed to be a leader, the

Responsibility plays a crucial role in our daily lives, whether it’s on campus or dealing with people around us. We need to take up our own responsibilities wherever or whenever we are. Today, we are going to tell you a rather well-known story that took place in George Washington’s childhood. Serving as the first president

Responsibilities not only apply to individuals and groups, but it’s also crucial to consumers and enterprises. Let’s start off with the CSR, which stands for Corporate Social Responsibility. Social responsibility means that besides maximizing shareholders’ value, businesses should operate in a way that benefits society. Its importance is increasing, especially to investors and consumers who

Today I would like to talk about miracles. A miracle is an unusual and mysterious event that is thought to have been caused by a god because it does not follow the usual laws of nature. Have you ever encountered one of those miracles? I wasn’t talking about miracles like: you got sick and prayed

Many teachers and students have shared some meaningful stories about the importance of taking responsibility. Today, I would like to talk about being responsible in daily life. Here are some ways you can demonstrate responsibility in your daily activities. First of all, do you submit your homework on time? You have to manage your time
