本會舉辦「靜觀呼吸、紓緩減壓瑜伽體驗班」，家長及老師們在導師的帶領及指導下進行各種瑜伽伸展動作及呼吸訓練，紓緩痛症之餘，也讓身心得以放鬆，提升精神健康。家長們均認真學習，課後表示希望能繼續鍛鍊，建立健康生活習慣。
