When we face challenges, most people believe that we can embrace challenges with determination and perseverance and hopefully we can overcome.
However, not many people would tell you what you should do when you can’t.
When you find that you have done all the things you can do with your determination and perseverance, you still have not overcome it, perhaps there are two thing that are controlling the chance to succeed. Ability and time.
The certified International Psychological Consultant Ms Chan Yi Sin has mentioned before. When we cannot deal with a challenge, true, we should not give up but then what exactly can we do after we failed? Look at our ability. Perhaps right now you don’t possess the ability, quality or qualifications to deal with it, let us equip ourselves.
Apart from that, look at the time. Perhaps now it is really not yet the right time. Time can show you what you need to do and give yourself some time. When the time comes and you have trained yourself better, then the challenge will be in your good hand.
