相信大家在這兩個星期裡已經聽過不少同學和老師關於今個月主題「團結和聯繫」的分享，而我亦想借這個機會分享一下我在擔任班主任時看到的一點情況。今年我是3M班的班主任，記得最初踏入這一班的時候，感覺好似有點陌生和緊張，或者因為我不認識班中的同學，但經過兩個多星期的相處後，溫暖的感覺油然而生。當中令我感受特別深刻的是班會的幹事們，為了好好經營班會，聯繫班內同學對班的歸屬感，提升凝聚力，於是在這段時間紋盡腦汁，努力地想出不少的方法令班內同學有認識交流的機會，了解彼此，其餘同學也很合作，互相配合，投入其中，以營造出屬於我們自己班的一種氛圍，同學們的表現正正就是「團結和聯繫」的過程中需要的元素。 試想想，假如同學不願意與其他人交流、聯繫、又或者不想為班付出的話，哪又如何可以團結眾人，建立班風呢？就像今個學期的壁報主題——「我們這一班」，正是希望大家想一下，你的班有什麼特色？你對班的投入程度又有多大？透過壁報設計比賽，讓大家切實地體會什麼是團結和聯繫，我亦期望能夠藉著同學們製作出來的壁報，感受得到你們每班的特色，所以希望各位同學能夠珍惜這個機會，發揮你們的團結精神，在九月三十日前完成好這次壁報設計！ Ms. Lam W.
