M: Cheryl, 上次Catso express就講咗我哋可以點樣善渡四旬期,咁究竟教會又會點準備教友迎接基督嘅復活呢？ C: 多D做愛德服務、捐獻等等都係教會鼓勵我哋做嘅善工。除此之外，教會都有唔同嘅活動俾信友參加，講到呢度就唔可以唔提拜苦路啦。 M:拜苦路？係乜嘢嚟㗎？唔通條苦路就係返學嗰條路?朝早起身，我都懷着沉重嘅心情好痛苦咁行返學…… C: 哎呀，你有冇聽Catso上星期嘅宣佈㗎？ M: 我都係講下笑姐，苦路其實係耶穌受難嗰時行道路。耶穌孭住十字架，俾人鞭打過後傷痕纍累、又痛又攰咁行完呢條苦路，最後被釘喺十字架上死亡。信徒為咗紀念佢嘅犧牲，就想透過行呢段路嚟親身體會佢嘅苦難,設立咗十四處苦路。呢十四處苦路就包括咗耶穌受審判、三次跌倒、被釘喺十字架上死同埋被埋葬。 C:冇錯！喺四旬期入邊，教會希望我哋多啲反思自己嘅言行。喺拜苦路期間,每行到一處苦路，教友都會一齊默想同祈禱，體驗耶穌經歷過嘅苦難。透過咁樣做，我哋可以更加接近天主，重新按照佢嘅旨意嚟行事，好好咁樣準備自己嚟迎接耶穌基督嘅復活。而教會都會喺四旬期嘅星期五舉行拜苦路，紀念耶穌喺聖週五受難嘅過程。耶穌受難雖然係好耐以前嘅事，但透過拜苦路可以令我哋切身咁體驗耶穌嘅苦難，令我地嘗試用佢既眼光去看待苦難呢個課題，同時亦提醒我哋耶穌願意為拯救人而犧牲自己既生命，就好似厄弗所書所講「基督愛了我們，且為我們把自己交出」所以我哋更加應該喺日常生活上實踐愛德，以回應天主對我哋嘅愛。 M: 喺日常生活中，我哋好容易喺遇到挫折、覺得痛苦嘅時候埋怨天主，覺得唔公平，又或者自己既付出白費咗。但其實睇翻耶穌既在世既最後一段時間，佢都受過好多痛苦，佢深深感受到身體上被拳打腳踢、長釘穿過手腳既痛楚，亦都明白被拒絕、被誤解，甚至比自己最親近既人出賣，呢種心靈上既傷痛。所以當我地難過既時候，讓我地都能夠記得自己唔係一個人去面對，苦難的確唔好受，但我地能夠選擇點樣去回應，我地可以特別將呢份痛苦、失望都奉獻比天主，為面對著困難既人去祈禱。呢個行動唔係要否定痛苦對人帶來既創傷，而係相信天主能夠從任何既情況帶出善，人亦都能夠透過愛同信德賦予苦難新既意義。 C: 所以苦難唔一定係絕對既消極同負面，若然我地喺苦難之中仍然願意選擇愛，痛苦就會有一份新既價值，反映出人願意彼此擔待既精神。 四旬期唔只係食少啲，玩少啲既時間，而係一個好好既時機讓我地學習忍耐，體諒同關顧有需要既人。現今喺世界各地都有好多人承受著唔同既痛苦，戰爭、飢餓、貧窮，讓我地都特別為呢一啲面對困苦既人去祈禱，祈求天主可以垂顧佢地。 C, M: 多謝！ Catholic Society
