Katrina+Evelyn：大家好，我哋係Catholic Society K: 話說四旬期喺啱啱既新年假期間已經開始咗喇喎。Evelyn 你又知唔知道四旬期係咩呢？ E：緊係知啦，我有留心聽之前既catso express㗎！四旬期，顧名思義總共為40日，40呢個數字喺聖經當中有更新、預備嘅意思，耶穌曾經喺曠野對抗魔鬼誘惑，禁食祈禱四十日，所以喺四旬期，天主教徒都會特別效法耶穌，透過祈禱、守齋、克己去準備心靈，力行愛德，為復活節做好準備。 K：無錯啦，講到克己，佢唔止係「食少啲甜品」、「打少啲機」咁簡單，而係鍛煉我哋唔被欲望控制既意志，騰出空間去關心身邊嘅人。就好似琴日開始傳嘅呢個四旬期捐款盒仔，我哋可以選擇放棄買一件自己想要既物品既金錢，捐贈比有需要既窮人。或者我哋有時會覺得自己只係捐少少錢，唔能夠帶嚟啲咩改變，但其實捐款既意義唔在於金額嘅多少，更重要既喺背後既動機同態度。就好似路加福音記載，當耶穌見到一位窮寡婦將自己僅有既兩文錢捐出嚟既時候，佢特別稱讚呢位婦人，認為呢位婦人捐出既錢比所有人都要多，因為當所有人都係將自己多餘既錢捐出嚟既時候，婦人係將自己有既一切都全然奉獻，呢兩文錢所展現既係佢既對天主既信心同對人既愛德，哪怕自己都面對著貧困，仍樂意為他人作出犧牲。 E：耶穌傳教既時侯亦都以自己為榜樣，話比我地知真正既愛德應該發自願意關懷同體諒既心，從而推動我地付以實質既行動去傳達愛。例如耶穌曾經醫好痲瘋病人，痲瘋病係傳染性極高既病，所以佢地都係被社會遺棄嘅人，不受歡迎。但當耶穌見到個位痲瘋病人跪低求耶穌幫佢既時候，即使痲瘋病人被視為唔潔淨，無人敢掂，耶穌都冇迴避，更加伸手撫摸佢，表示對佢既愛、關懷同憐憫。耶穌對人既愛係打破所有標籤同偏見，佢願意愛我地每一個人，特別係社會上弱小窮困既人。 K：四旬期既開始提醒我哋要反思生活，學習節制，並以簡樸既心去實踐愛德工作。或者我哋未必能夠好似寡婦一樣奉獻所有，但我哋都可以用小小既行動去幫助他人，例如關心孤單的同學、將慳翻黎嘅錢捐助比有需要的人、參加義工服務。當我哋願意尊重每一個人嘅尊嚴，特別係最容易被忽略嗰啲，其實亦係守護人性嘅價值。而喺信仰入面，我哋更相信當我哋為最小既一個兄弟所做既，就係為天主所做。所以都邀請大家喺呢個四旬期入面，用實際行動，無論係捐款、服務定只係一啲簡單但真誠既問候，多啲去關懷身邊既弱勢社群，嘗試以愛同慷慨回應天主。   Catholic Society

校長、各位老師、各位同學： 早晨。適逢今天是「中華文化日」。在大家準備投入各種文化攤位和體驗活動之前，我想邀請大家靜下心來，思考兩個看似平凡，卻能讓我們受用一生的錦囊：「善於聆聽」與「甘於服侍」。 在中國傳統美德中，講求「仁者愛人」。其實「愛」不一定要做驚天動地的大事，最基本的實踐，就是從聆聽開始。 大家可以想像一下，當我們與人相處時，如果心裡裝滿了自己的意見、或者在與人交流的過程中不停看手機，我們就沒有空間去承載別人的聲音。在傳統禮儀中，我們強調「虛心」，意思就是把心空出來，專心接收對方的訊息。這不但是一種禮貌，更是一種對人極大的尊重。 這份尊重，也正體現了在聖經的教導中。耶穌在傳教時，總是先聆聽弱小者的呼聲。聖經也提醒我們要「敏於聆聽」。而聆聽，其實就是「與人同行」的第一步。因此，希望各位同學在與人交流時，亦能給予對方那份「一心一意」的聆聽和尊重。 談到「服侍」，有人可能覺得這是地位低下的人才做的事。但在中國傳統價值中，真正的君子是講求「仁愛」與「擔當」的。孔子說：「己欲立而立人，己欲達而達人。」而其中，正包含着一種服侍的精神。 而在聖經中，耶穌基督更為我們樹立了一個榜樣。祂貴為天主子，卻願意為門徒洗腳。祂用行動告訴我們：最強大的力量不是權力，而是服務別人的那份心。 所以，我邀請大家把這份精神帶進今天的活動裡。當你看見身邊的同學或攤位需要幫助時，請主動伸出援手。這種不計回報的幫助，看似微小，但就能讓我們的校園充滿溫暖。 「善於聆聽」讓我們學會理解，「甘於服侍」讓我們學會謙卑與奉獻。希望同學在今天的各項活動中，不僅能玩得盡興，更能透過一對細心聆聽的耳朵和一雙服務的手，讓身邊的人感受到那份「彼此相愛」的溫情。 最後，祝大家有一個充實、喜樂的中華文化日。 Ms Lau PY
