大家好，我們是中史學會。今日是五月四日，也是值得銘記於心的一天。 民國初年中國以戰勝國身份參加巴黎和會，代表團希望取回山東權益，但列強裁決日本將繼承德國在山東的權益，此事引來中國人民不滿。1919年的5月4日，以青年學生為主發起一場，由中國人民徹底反對帝國主義、封建主義為主題的愛國運動。同時，五四運動亦是中國舊民主主義革命到新民主主義革命的轉折點，不少學生因此被捕。但因為強烈的反對，最終國民政府讓步，釋放被捕學生，及拒絕在巴黎和約上簽字。而後在1939年，由陝甘寧邊區西北青年救國聯合會規定5月4日為中國青年節，又稱五四青年節。 五四青年節所延伸出來的是五四精神，代表著誠實，進步，積極，自由，平等，創造，真善美，和平，相愛互助，勞動而愉快，是一種青春的讚歌。中國近代史上具有五四精神的人物不勝枚舉，主要代表為前北大校長蔡元培、中共主創之一陳獨秀、及著名文學家魯迅。他們勇於反抗帝國主義，懷著愛國的心，為中國奮鬥。而他們的精神也傳承了下來，一代接著一代。 穿過歷史的長河，紅旗冉冉升起，青年人能如何體現五四精神呢？我們可以通過行動給予他人愛與關懷。大家平日除了勤苦耐勞讀書，更要多關心身邊社會現狀、關愛國家，以自己的一小份力，把關愛傳播出去，以愛的力量建設家國。 中史學會二零二三年五月四日

每個人生於世上都係一個獨立的個體，有著不同的背景，不同的經歷，不同的價值觀，因此要在人群中追求絕對的一樣，又或者是絕對的心照不宣從來都沒可能，但是不是這樣就代表人永遠都要活於孤獨，獨自承擔一切呢？絕對不是，因為我們可以選擇打破圍著自己的高牆，嘗試理解他人的感受，尊重他人的決定，做到體諒，從而收窄彼此的距離。只有這樣，人間才可以成為被愛充斥的樂土。 可惜，人往往會以自身的所見所聞而先入為主，誤以為了解事情嘅全貌，就任意對事情作出批判，四處奚落他人，對事情只會無濟於事。更甚的是，原來這種帶批判的思維在我們生活當中每日都週而復始，日久年深，令大家變得愈發孤僻，大家都不敢再開放自己的內心，怕被攻擊。同時，大家只會變得愈發疏遠，因為一方充耳不聞，不願理解，一方封閉內心，不願分享，形成惡性循環。 因此，人與人之間的溝通，體諒是密不可分的一部分。除了要互相理解外，更重要的是要做到尊重，予以諒解，而不是一言堂，否定一切有違自己價值觀的事，排斥異己。只有透過諒解，體會他人情緒和想法，先可以從人地的角度理解與處理問題，為人地嘅處境著想，做到將心比心，做事自然亦能夠事半功倍。 雖然係現實生活中，察覺他人需要，我們通常都不難做到。但係體諒不是只侷限於自身的明白當中，更重要嘅係我地要用行動去幫助他人。就好似我地都明白獨居老人有自己的難處，但明白他們的需要只是第一步，更重要的是我們在明白過後會以什麼行動送暖，改變現狀，否則一切都只會淪為空想，現況毫無改變。因此用行動去實踐體諒，從來都係必不可少嘅一環。 同同學、朋友嘅相處亦是同樣道理，誤會往往就係產生喺大家唔諒解之中。衝突係無所避免嘅，但有時候，我哋容易被情緒左右，咄咄迫人，態度上可能會比較強硬，對於自己的觀點毫不讓步，但若然雙方都冇諗過對方嘅感受，雙方唔肯嘗試理解，包容，接納，咁對事情嘅發展並冇仼何嘅幫助，大家嘅關係亦只會停濟不前，甚或走回頭路。相反，當大家都願意去踏出第一步，嘗試理解對方，諒解他人，互相聆聽大家嘅建議，互相讓步，避免自己嘅主觀情緒影響自己，對事情嘅後續發展、雙方嘅關係會有更好嘅空間相協，甚或有意想不到的收穫。 唔表達自己嘅諗法，其他人又點知你嘅建議呢？唔嘗試理解，又點知人地一定係錯呢？當體諒他人嘅時候，你會知道自己做嘅有咩不足而去選擇改變自己。當想表達自己嘅意見時，希望大家聽到並了解時，記得選擇以一個温柔嘅語氣去表達，而並非以命令嘅口吻去指出呢件事，要明白自己收到同樣嘅訊息時，都唔會覺得好受。因此，其實體諒可以係了解別人嘅想法後而選擇尊重佢哋，亦都可以係為左他人改變自己平時嘅壞習慣，令人與人之間嘅相處更加愉快。呢啲，全部都係體諒他人的體現，亦是大家共同進步不可或缺的重要一環。 每一個人做每一件事，背後都一定會有原因，因此互相包容，互相諒解，先可以有一個更好嘅將來，認知到自身的偏見和有限的觀點、活化舊有的經驗。社會上大家嘅誤解又再少一啲，關係再進步一啲，先可以破解畫地為牢的局面，打造我們一開始所述的願景，就是將世界變成樂也融融的一片樂土。 中文辯論隊二零二三年五月二日
