今個月的主題是「感恩」，如果我要大家用一個詞語來說明甚麼是感恩，你會用甚麼詞語呢？ 我認為分享就是感恩。我曾聽過這樣的一個故事，南韓北部農村公路邊有很多柿子園，在秋天收成的時候，隨處可見農民採摘柿子的忙碌身影，但採摘結束後，有些熟透的柿子仍會留在樹上，好像燈籠似的，成為一道特別的風景。遊人經過時，都會讚嘆柿子又大又紅，不摘豈不可惜。果農則說當地有個傳統，不管柿子長得多麼誘人，也不會摘下來，因為這是留給喜鵲的食物。究竟是甚麼原因令當地人保留此傳統？ 原來，這兒是喜鵲的棲息地。每到冬天，喜鵲都在果樹上過冬。有一年冬天特別冷，下了很大的雪、數百隻找不到食物的喜鵲一夜間都凍死了。第二年春天，柿子樹重新發芽生長，開花結果了。就在這時，一種不知名的毛蟲突然氾濫成災。那年柿子的產量幾乎是零。 自此，每年秋天收割柿子時，農民都會留下一些柿子給喜鵲過冬。留在樹上的柿子吸引許多喜鵲到這裏度過冬日，牠們彷彿也會感恩，春天也不飛走，整天忙著捕捉樹上蟲子。從而保證了這一年柿子的豐收。 分享、給予並不是失去，而是一種高尚的收穫，也是感恩戴德的表現。崇德人都是很會感恩的，這兩年我邀請校友做訪問，他們總是一口答應，在他們有所成就之時，毫不吝嗇與師弟妹分享他們的經歷。今日我知道亦有不少校友回來與中四、五的同學分享他們的學習心得，在他們學有所成之時，回饋母校。 今個學年即將結束，在收穫的季節，別忘了留一些柿子在樹上。我希望崇德人都願意給予，懂得分享，學會感恩，並能在分享感恩中得到快樂，讓這成為傳統，我深信那定會是人間，是校園裏一道最美的風景。 Ms. Wong K. 感恩是一種情感，感恩是一種責任，也是一種生活方式，只要懷有一顆感恩的心，就一定能成為一個不斷進步的人。 前一排在社交平台上，看到友人們玩的遊戲，覺得很有意思。這個遊戲是「一天感謝五件事情」：一連五天，寫出五件感恩的事，然後點名一位朋友接棒。 於是，那段時間當中這個「感謝接力」的遊戲在社交平台中非常活躍，平台內充斥感謝文， 我發現大家感謝的事情從找到新工作、看了一套精彩的電影、與家人吃了一頓愉快的晚餐；到很微小的，像是「鄰居和我打招呼」、「今天藍天白雲天氣晴朗」、 甚至 「今天所有交通燈都是綠燈」等等都有。 從朋友的分享當中，我好像重新認識他們， 知道有什麼事情，會讓他快樂到想要感謝；又是什麼樣的事情，會讓他經過了一天沉澱後，還記在心裡，細細回味。 有人問，如果那天過得很糟，還要感謝，不會很牽強痛苦嗎？ 其中一位朋友的回應令我非常深刻，參加了這個遊戲，反而是因為「必須感謝」，才有機會靜下心來回想自己一天的經歷，後來才發現有好多快樂的細節，這些快樂可能是很短暫，但因為有只時我們太忙、過度放大痛苦而忽略了許多值得感恩的時刻。 透過這個遊戲，不僅令我感受到更多純粹的快樂，更令我獲得這種感謝力，學會欣賞身邊的美好時刻。 當你懂得感恩，把每天都當成美好的一天，你就會變得比較開心。一個人的心是有限的，如果總是記住傷心難過的事，那怎麼騰出空間讓快樂進注入去呢? 其實生活中並不缺乏美，只是我們缺乏了一雙尋找美的眼睛。 希望大家都能夠發掘並記得一日當中令你快樂微笑的人和事，發揮這種感謝力。 只要懷有一顆感恩的心 一切事情都有他的價值。 Ms. Man S.
