Tuesday, 24 June 2025Math Days at our school were events featuring fun and learning! Students from all classes gathered to celebrate the wonders of mathematics. With the Math ‘passport’ in hand, students explored a variety of game stalls. The aim: not to learn Math but to get the cute gifts at the end. The two days were extremely fruitful and enjoyable.
One of the highlights of the event was the array of math games that kept everyone engaged and entertained. Games like Twenty-Four, One Line Draw, Flip 7, and Double Against Blocks had students enjoying the challenge of using their logical thinking and testing their problem-solving skills. They were eager and proactive; math was in the air!
The room was filled with laughter, cheers, and delightful chatter as students discussed and enjoyed the games. It felt incredible to witness how students can have so much fun learning mathematics outside of their classrooms. The Math Days definitely provided a great start for those who want to explore more in math, or for those just looking for some fun.
Math Days, after all, is not just about dull numbers and mathematical knowledge. The Math Day was indeed a time for creating wonderful memories with peers and a time to remember in our lives in secondary school.
The annual Math Days have always been one of the highlights of the school year. This year, together with Chinese Culture Day activities, we were able to create happier moments. We look forward to our next Math Days, with many more exciting events to come!
