On 4 November 2025, our school community came together for “Youth Life Matters,” a vibrant and meaningful event dedicated to promoting mental well-being among students. Held at the Covered Playground, the event featured a variety of engaging activities designed to raise awareness and encourage positive mental health practices. Students enjoyed free ice cream, which brought smiles and provided a sweet treat to brighten their day. A series of interactive booths offered practical tips and resources on managing stress, building resilience, and supporting one another. From mindfulness exercises to creative expression stations, the event created a safe and supportive space for students to explore mental wellness. The atmosphere was filled with positivity, laughter, and a strong sense of community. “Youth Life Matters” served as an important reminder that taking care of our mental health is just as important as our physical health—and that no one is ever alone. Let’s continue to support each other and make mental well-being a priority every day!
