The S3 Parents’ Night

The S3 Parents’ Night on 21 November was a meaningful and informative event for all of us. It helped us understand just how important our choices of elective subjects are, and how they can shape our future academic and career paths. We learned that some university courses have specific subject requirements, so it’s important to start thinking about our future now. The talk also clearly explained the subject selection process for S4. In order to be able to choose the subjects we want, we need to work hard this year and aim for strong academic performance. This motivates us to put in our best effort. We would like to sincerely thank all the teachers for their time and effort in preparing this session. Their guidance on what to consider when selecting our electives, as well as tips for planning our future careers, was incredibly helpful. We are truly grateful for their support. At the same time, we were reminded that our results don’t define who we are. Even if we don’t do well at times, there is always hope. What matters most is that we learn from our experiences and keep trying. These three years of senior secondary school may be challenging, but they are also full of opportunities. With the right mindset and support, we believe we can overcome difficulties and achieve success.
