The S2 Leadership Interview Workshop on 24/5 gave students a great chance to learn how to be leaders and the importance of teamwork. Students showcased their leadership skills by engaging in various challenges. Both Form 2 and Form 3 students learned a lot.
For me, the most valuable lesson I learned was communication. The schedule for the activity was tight, so all teams needed to communicate and decide how much time each group needed.
We also faced many difficulties while running and preparing the activity. Fortunately, all of our team members were willing to solve problems together by sharing many ideas.
Organizing such a large-scale activity is not easy, but we still made it. This experience truly embodies the principle of “to serve, but not to be served,” as we all worked collaboratively for the benefit of our peers, and I believe we will become better leaders because of it.
