During the OLE period, we were inspired by diver Jason Cheung’s talk on scuba diving. To engage us, he asked some questions—for example, what is the world record for holding one’s breath underwater? He then revealed the astonishing answer: 24 minutes. He presented the basics of the activity and shared his personal experiences. This fact highlighted the incredible capabilities of the human body. The talk was a clear and interesting look at diving, showing it as a mix of adventure, careful training, and safety. It reminded us that, much like diving, life isn’t just about measured achievements. Finding joy in your passions and purpose in your pursuits is what truly defines a meaningful journey.
