Mental Health Day

On April 10, 2025, Mental Health Day—a special event dedicated to promoting well-being and raising awareness about mental health issues—was launched. The atmosphere was filled with joy, positivity, and a sense of togetherness as students engaged in various activities designed to foster connection and support.

During lunchtime, the Covered Playground transformed into a lively hub of activity. Students enjoyed a variety of fun booths and games, providing an opportunity to take a break from the usual routine and connect with friends. Laughter and excitement filled the air as everyone participated in games that not only entertained but also encouraged teamwork and friendship.

As the day continued, students had the chance to participate in a special after-school event called ‘Talking to Pets’ in the Lecture Theatre. This unique gathering attracted many pet lovers eager to learn about the benefits of animal companionship on mental health. The event highlighted the positive impact that pets can have on our well-being, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all attendees.

Mental Health Day was more than just a series of activities; it was a reminder of the importance of supporting one another and fostering an open dialogue about mental health. Students left the event not only with smiles on their faces but also with a greater understanding of the significance of mental well-being. Let’s continue to support each other and prioritize our mental health every day. Together, we can create a positive and nurturing school environment for all!
