Leadership Training 2025 — Service Learning in Tin Shui Wai Catholic Primary School

“Teamwork makes the dream work.” After two training sessions on two consecutive Saturdays, we were able to organize a memorable leadership training workshop for prefects in TSWCPS.

As new members of the leadership family, preparing for the workshop was a great learning experience —- from drafting proposals for our activities to making the materials needed, there was a lot to learn.

With the help of supportive tutors and senior leadership team members, we were able to shine.

For many of us, it was our first time to host such a big event. From the 2-day workshop, we learned to communicate with others effectively and take care of issues that arose.

With the experience, we became more confident in our skills in communication.

The bonus was that we were also able to make new friends with the primary school students.

The training and the workshop surely prepared us well for our future roles as leaders. We shall continue to work together as a team and organize more activities in the future for our fellow schoolmates.
