Thursday, 17 July 2025As the academic year comes to an end, the Closing Prayer Service was held on July 14, 2025, with our school’s supervisor, Fr. Li, as the celebrant. The Service aimed to reflect on this academic year and ask for the Lord’s guidance for the next school year.
During the prayer service, Fr. Li shared a story about “Talentum” 「塔冷通」, which symbolizes the talents our Lord has given us. In his message, he encouraged us to reflect on what we have accomplished throughout the year and reminded us not to worry about our exam results. He also urged us to seek God’s help whenever we encounter obstacles, just like our school’s motto, “Pray and Work.”
Fr. Li also emphasized a crucial point, that is “there is nothing called the best; there is only something called better.” Remember we should all be utilizing the talents given to us by God and be inspired to work harder for the upcoming year.
