「紙上春秋,筆下天地」——中國書法講座

本次邀請了1974年畢業的崇德校友作書法分享,中國書法講座旨在透過專業分享與互動體驗,引導同學深入認識書法藝術的內涵與價值。講座特別邀請校友梁逢申醫生從心理健康角度,剖析書法練習對培養專注力、穩定情緒的積極作用;同時由楊佩瓊師姐、陳廣棉師兄透過「字如其人」的傳統智慧,演示如何從筆畫結構觀察個人特質。活動不僅聚焦書法的藝術層面,更強調其與現代生活的連結,希望打破「書法沉悶」的刻板印象,展現書法在個人成長與社交互動中的多元價值。楊師姐與陳師兄亦同為本年度中國書法班的義務導師,奉獻力量,回饋母校,透過書法宏揚中華文化中的美德,將崇德人的優秀特質薪火相傳。 是次活動的小司儀2J班譚淑茵同學及2L班彭俙童同學有以下的體會:擔任本次講座司儀的我們,在籌備與主持過程中獲得了深刻的體悟。起初以為司儀工作只是流程控管,實際經歷後才發現,書法與主持竟有異曲同工之妙——梁醫生分享的「書法如修心」理念,讓我們意識到執筆時的沉穩與面對舞台的從容何其相似;楊師姐解析筆畫時強調的「起筆見性格」,更呼應了司儀臨場應變時需兼具鋒銳的決斷力與圓融的溝通技巧。 過程中,我們面對設備的突發狀況與流程銜接的挑戰,正是書法中「意在筆先」的預備心態,教會我們提前構思備案;而應變能力,彷彿書法運筆時隨勢調整的靈動。我們驚喜地發現,原本對司儀角色的緊張感,竟在書法「一筆一畫皆功夫」的啟發下,轉化為對細節的專注與享受。 透過會後反思,我們不僅重新梳理書法如何潛移默化地提升文化素養與社交共情力,更體悟到:無論是握筆書寫還是手握麥克風,都需要在傳統與創新間找到平衡。這次講座如同一幅墨韻生動的卷軸,讓我們看見書法不再是遙遠的藝術,而是能融入生活、淬鍊心性的智慧,真正印證了「紙上春秋,筆下天地」的深遠意義。
