Kanya Lee Scholarship Award Presentation Ceremony

STEM Experience Program for Secondary Students – Kanya Lee Scholarship Recognition Ceremony 2022 Our Principal, Dr. Tang, and six awarded students attended the Kanya Lee Scholarship Recognition Ceremony in the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui on 22nd December. The scholarship, established in 2021, aims to provide financial support to students who are interested in STEM and scientific research. The Founder and Director of Lee’s Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited, Dr Benjamin Xiao-Yi Li, principals and students from 6 secondary schools in the New Territories West were given greater insights as they reviewed the achievement of the participants. Our students were inspired by Dr. Benjamin Li’s “Failure is just a setback on our pathways to success and fulfilment in research and development. It will motivate and inspire us for improvement. There is no short cut to success”. They were encouraged not to give up on their dreams, and to ‘chase their dreams’ which echoes the message of Dr Tang this academic year. Lee’s Pharm would continue in supporting our young people financially so that money would not be the barrier to their success. It gives students of Hong Kong , to chase their dream through this Kanya Lee Scholarship Program.
