On April 12, 2024, students from S.4 Guide Light organized an adjustment program for the S1 students. A team of sixteen Guide Light students facilitated mental health activities in each S.1 class. The activities were carefully planned by the Guide Light members and involved incorporating mindfulness techniques while making beaded bracelets. This provided an opportunity for the S.1 students to practice being fully present in the moment and minimize distractions in their surroundings. As a result, many students have gained an understanding of the advantages of mindfulness and have begun integrating it into their daily routines.
