Sunday, 13 October 2024Alongside a distinguished group of elite students from schools in Yuen Long, we, 6J Matthew Wong and myself, had the honour of participating in the Yuen Long District Outstanding Student Selection 2024. During this prestigious event, we collaborated in a group activity that tested our critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in addressing complex challenges, during which we had to handle 9 tasks within the span of 60 minutes.
This event not only reminded us of the importance of teamwork, but it also honed our communications skills as we have to make sure everyone in the group knew our respective responsibilities so as to handle the tasks smoothly. Being part of the group that won the Best Cooperation Award is a testament to our capabilities in making positive contributions to a team as well as a recognition of our all-rounded abilities as outstanding students.
