A two-day School Book Fair took place in our school hall on 6 and 7 May 2026. Everyone welcomed it with great enthusiasm. During lunch breaks and after school, the booths were packed with students, all of us excited to check out new reads and cool stationery.
The fair had so many kinds of books, from stories by local Hong Kong writers to popular ones by international authors. There were also notebooks, pens, study organisers, and other practical stationery. We could browse around and buy whatever caught our eye.
This event really gave us a great chance to explore both local and foreign books. By trying different genres and learning about different cultures through reading, we can improve our language skills and see the world in a broader way. Moreover, getting to choose our own books made us want to read more on our own, which is helpful for our studies.
The Book Fair was a huge success, all thanks to our active participation. It did not just bring quality books and useful supplies to our school; it also created a happy, positive reading atmosphere that we all got to share and enjoy together.
