Joint School CLP Study Tour to Japan

In July, a group of senior form students participated in a Diocesan Joint School Study Tour to Japan. The visit was an educational journey which enabled students to delve into various pathways for studying in Japan. The visit included a visit to a local university in Kyoto where students engaged with foreign students, university staff, and local government officials. This provided our students with a comprehensive understanding of undergraduate programs in Japan. One of the most captivating aspects for students exploring education abroad is the rich local culture. During the time in Japan, students fully immersed themselves in the country’s longstanding history, donning traditional Japanese attire, such as Yukata, and exploring historical sites. The days spent learning, sightseeing, and living alongside students from other Catholic schools have forged lasting connections among the group. The invaluable friendships formed during this tour have truly enriched the experience and served as a fitting conclusion to this fruitful educational journey.
