On 14 April 2026, the History, Geography, and Chinese History Departments jointly organized an Integrated Humanities Quiz for all S2 students. The cross‑curricular activity aimed to foster self‑regulated learning and enhance students’ understanding of national security through an engaging and constructive competition.
During the quiz, students collaborated in teams to address a range of questions that required the integration of knowledge and skills across different humanities disciplines. The activity encouraged participants to exercise critical thinking, interpret and analyze source materials, and communicate effectively through discussion and teamwork. Students were guided to make meaningful connections between historical developments, geographical factors, and cultural contexts.
The incorporation of national security elements enabled students to explore its significance from multiple perspectives, strengthening their awareness of its relevance to society and national development. Throughout the event, students displayed active engagement, cooperation, and a positive learning attitude. Overall, the Integrated Humanities Quiz not only consolidated subject knowledge but also motivated students to adopt a more proactive approach to learning.
