The activity provided a relaxing and enjoyable opportunity for students to learn about Hong Kong’s unique tea culture and the heritage of traditional Hong Kong-style milk tea. Under guidance, students experienced the process of preparing milk tea, from brewing the tea leaves to mixing and tasting the final product.
The workshop offered a welcome break after the examination period, allowing students to unwind, interact with their peers, and strengthen their social connections in a pleasant atmosphere. Through this hands-on cultural experience, students gained a deeper appreciation of an important aspect of Hong Kong’s local heritage while enjoying the satisfaction of creating and tasting their own milk tea. The activity was well received and contributed positively to students’ overall well-being and cultural awareness.
