On 6 July 2026, a Milk Tea Workshop was organised for students during the post-examination period. The activity provided a relaxing and enjoyable opportunity for students to learn about Hong Kong’s unique tea culture and the heritage of traditional Hong Kong-style milk tea. Under guidance, students experienced the process of preparing milk tea, from brewing the tea leaves to mixing and tasting the final product.

The workshop offered a welcome break after the examination period, allowing students to unwind, interact with their peers, and strengthen their social connections in a pleasant atmosphere. Through this hands-on cultural experience, students gained a deeper appreciation of an important aspect of Hong Kong’s local heritage while enjoying the satisfaction of creating and tasting their own milk tea.
