Friday, 17 July 2026It is with great pleasure and immense gratitude that 4L Yubi Tam and I share the news of being recognised as two of the Top 10 Outstanding Students at the 2026 Yuen Long District Outstanding Students Selection.
Organised jointly by the Federation of New Territories Youth and the Yuen Long Youth Association, this prestigious competition aims to foster well-rounded development in youth. Throughout the selection process, which included group leadership challenges, project-based tasks, and individual interviews with prominent community leaders, we had the privilege of meeting elite peers from across the district. This valuable experience further affirmed that true ‘excellence’ is not defined by personal vanity, but by the positive impact we create for those around us.
We would like to extend a profound thank you to our school. We could not have reached this milestone without the school’s trust in our nomination, our teachers’ inspiring guidance, and the unwavering support.
Being outstanding is never an exclusive privilege or a distant destination. Let us push our limits together, embrace our potential, and grow alongside each other as we work towards a better tomorrow.
