Requirements
The logo design must contain the initials of the school’s name ‘STC’, the number ‘65’, and reflect the 65th Anniversary theme. Submissions can be in any shape and any colour but must not be smaller than A5 size (210 x 148 mm).
Judging Criteria
Entries will be assessed according to their content, originality, creativity, artistic merit, adherence to the theme, skill, and aesthetic value.
Details
- Each participant can hand in at most one entry.
- The design can be in colour or monochrome.
- The design should be drawn on or attached to an official entry form containing the personal
information of the artist and design brief detailing the design and what inspired it.

Friday, 17th March 2023
Prizes
Overall Champion: A trophy, certificate of merit, and a gift/book coupon.
Champion, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up: Certificate of merit, and a gift/book coupon.
Merit Prizes: These will be distributed in each section/form to recognise other outstanding works.
Awardees will receive a gift/book coupon.
Remarks
- The design brief and the entry must be the entrant’s original and sole work without infringing any intellectual property rights and / or other rights of any person or entity. - The organising committee has the authority and absolute discretion in the selection of the winning pieces. - The organising committee has the authority to edit, adapt, use, copy and distribute the design in part or in whole. - The organising committee has the right to display the entry content, title, design brief and entrants’ information in any form of media for the promotion of the 65 th Anniversary

Regulations
1. Each student can submit one entry only.
2. The slogan would be in celebration of the College’s 65th Anniversary and would be used in all Anniversary events and promotional materials.
3. All entries must be the original work of students. Submissions that have been plagiarised or have been previously published will not be accepted.
4. The slogan must be no longer than two lines long with no more than 10 words in each line.
5. The selected slogan will be published in all Anniversary publications and promotional materials, including but not limited to The Chronicle, the website, invitation letters and Anniversary paraphernalia at the complete discretion of Shung Tak Catholic English College.
Assessment and Judging Criteria
The entries submitted will be shortlisted by the English Department with 5 pieces of work from the senior form section and 5 pieces of work from the junior form section. These works will then be judged by the School Development Committee members and the Members of the Incorporated Management Committee of Shung Tak Catholic English College.
The following defines the judging criteria and weightings:
- Relevance to the theme of the 65th Anniversary (40%)
- Content and structure (30%)
- Creativity (30%)

Please submit your entry to your English teacher between 14th February and 17th March.

Publication of Results
Results will be announced at the Morning Assembly, on the Anniversary Webpage of the College’s website, and by the Students’ Union through IG on 20th April 2023.
The Awardees will also receive a separate letter from the College.
Prizes will be presented at the Kick-off Ceremony of the Anniversary Celebrations.

標語設計比賽
為慶祝天主教崇德英文書院成立六十五周年(1958-2023)校慶，中文科將會舉辦標語設計比賽，藉此紀念學校這個重大的里程碑，而得獎標語更會作六十五周年校慶之用。
比賽主題
標語設計比賽鼓勵參賽者將崇德的精神和價值觀融入設計當中，標語必須以中文創作，並且能清楚表達「六十五周年校慶」這個主題，標語宜具吸引力、獨樹一幟、能聯繫崇德情誼者為佳。
參賽組別
標語設計比賽分為兩個組別，分別是初中組及高中組。
比賽事項及截止日期
比賽將於2023年2月14日(星期二)至2023年3月17日(星期五)期間舉辦。參賽者必須使用標語設計比賽表格，並以表格提交。截止日期為2023年3月17日(星期五)，參賽者必須於下午5點前遞交，逾期作廢。
評審
中文科老師將選出初、高中組各5份作品，再由學校發展組及學校法團校董會選出冠、亞、季軍。
評分準則
參賽作品必須符合以下評審準則：
- 配合相關主題
- 原創作品
- 具創意
- 展現影響力
一切以評審最終決定為準。

• 參賽者一旦遞交參賽表格，即表示閣下同意作品的知識產權全歸是次比賽主辦方天主教崇德英文書院所有。
• 參賽作品不得侵犯任何知識產權，包括不限於專利，商標和版權。
• 比賽結果將會2023年4月20日於早會及學校網站公布。
• 得獎者會收到個別通知。
• 獎項將會在六十五周年的典禮上頒發。
