Major Concerns for 2011 - 2012
- To respond to the "Year of the Laity" by establishing a school community that gives witness to the faith through the building of a sense of mission and commitment among our students.
- To develop positive values of self that strengthen the atmosphere of sharing experiences and caring for others.
- To vary strategies and activities with an awareness of learning styles that will help cater for the needs of students of different learning capabilities.

- To heighten spiritual awareness to help students lead a healthy life.
- To motivate students to become effective self-directed learners.
- To address the different learning capabilities and needs of students through student-centered strategies
Major Concerns for 2009 - 2010
- To develop a campus atmosphere imbued with justice, love, mercy, peace and spirituality.
- To nurture students to be confident, responsible and independent learners.
- To promote interactive classroom teaching and develop vertical curriculum and assessment strategies, which help students acquire analytical and critical thinking skills.
Three-Year Major Concerns (2009 - 2012)
- To strengthen our identity as a Catholic school.
- To affirm students' talents and raise their social awareness to ensure they meet the challenge of our diverse and ever changing world.
- To refine our teaching strategies, curriculum and assessment criteria to fit the rationale behind the NSS reform.
Major Concerns for 2007 - 2009
- To build teachers' professional capacity in the aspect of curriculum and assessment change for a smooth migration to "334"
- To help students take initiative and responsibility for their own learning.
- To provide an ever caring and congenial school environment that fosters self-esteem, good manners and the Christian faith.
