8 For teachers who are responsible for planning the 2008-2009 budget, you may get the blank form from Resources -> SBM Documents -> budget -> 2008-2009. You must submit the finished hard copy to John Wong on or before 8 AUG. A soft copy should also be stored in the folder: Resources -> SBM Documents -> budget -> 2008-2009.

For the programme plan, you only need to submit the soft copy to Resources -> Programme Plan 08-09. The deadline for submission is 25 AUG 2008.

5 Final Major Concerns for 2007

4 Teachers can now choose the date for organizing activities in academic year 2007/2008 using the School Intranet. You can follow these steps to add activities:

Step 1:



Select "Intranet". Then login with your username and password.



Step 2:



Select "Add/Edit Events (2007-2008)". You have to login again.



Step 3:



You can click on the calendar to pick the date first. Then, on the right hand side, fill in the name of the event.

Notice that if you are organizing activities for all students in the school, you can select the "Activities" tag. If you are planning for Club activities, you need to click on the "ECA" tag first.
